We quote a fixed price for defined scope. Where scope cannot be fixed, we cap the estimate and bill only the hours used.
Every line shows a typical lead time from receipt of content and access. Slippage is reported before it happens, not after.
Combine three or more service lines in one engagement for a 10% reduction, or 15% when combined with a hardware order over €2,500.
Lines marked “From” are starting prices for the scope described. After a short discovery call — free for engagements under €6,000 — you receive a fixed-price quote. We do not revise a fixed price unless you change the scope in writing.
Projects: 40% on order, 40% at the agreed milestone, 20% on acceptance. Retainers and plans are invoiced monthly in advance. Goods are paid before dispatch until a credit account is agreed, then 14 days from invoice.
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT for services. If the company is VAT registered at the time of invoicing, VAT is added at the prevailing rate and shown separately on the invoice.
Yes. Development, hosting and remote support are delivered to clients across the EU and EEA. On-site attendance is quoted separately with travel at cost.
You do. On final payment, intellectual property in bespoke work transfers to you, and the repository, cloud account, domain and DNS are registered in your name from day one.
Thirty days of defect fixes are included on every build. After that you can take a care plan, buy an hour bank, or simply call us when you need something.
